Office of Asseco Lithuania creates new work habits and company culture
Two years ago Asseco Lithuania decided to change its office. This decision was determined not only by practical circumstances such as the expiring lease agreement, but also by the desire to renew the office. Innovation and modernity are important criteria for choosing a workplace for IT talents, which the company constantly seeks to attract, so the environment in which they work is of great importance. After reviewing many proposals, we chose the newest building NOVA of the Technopolis office city in Vilnius. Together with Technopolis professionals we created a perfect headquarter that changed the habits of employees and the company's culture.
After the pandemic we were looking for a balance between working at home and in the office, and thus decided to leave 60% of workplaces in the new office. We were guided by the idea - less space, but more efficiency. All workplaces are easily adaptable to the habits of any employee. We are glad that due to this change we have now more communication between the various departments and a positive buzz in the common areas.
