Completely electronic process of issuing construction permits thanks to software developed by Asseco Lithuania

In the 1st quarter of 2016 electronic services of Infostatyba IS were launched. A completely electronic process of issuing construction permits was implemented: submitting requests in portal, request investigation in internal subsystem, downloading the signed e-document in portal.

In the 1st quarter of 2016 electronic services of Infostatyba IS (information system for construction permits and state supervision of construction) were launched under the contract signed with the State Territorial Planning and Construction Inspectorate under the Ministry of Environment of Lithuania in October, 2013.

The purpose of Infostatyba IS is to provide public e-services (G2C, G2B, G2G): accepting applications, issuing construction permits, permits to continue the suspended construction, certificate of construction completion, etc., to collect, process, store, systematize and use data about a status of national constructions and state supervision of construction, to provide data to the state authorities for performing the functions regulated by legal acts, also to the state registers, legal and natural persons.

A completely electronic process of issuing construction permits was implemented: submitting requests in portal, request investigation in internal subsystem, downloading the signed e-document in portal.

26 electronic services are provided and accessed in the external portal www.planuojustatyti.lt. Some of e-services are available on mobile applications.

Due to a completely electronic process about 60%  less time is spent for getting a construction document.
