Asseco Lithuania received ISO/IEC 27001 certificate

In June 2017 Asseco Lithuania received a certificate confirming that its Information security management system meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard. Scope of certification is: design, development, installation and maintenance of information systems and software, sales of computer hardware.

This standard obligates the company to secure information confidentiality, accessibility and integrity. The company protects information created by itself and the one received from the client, and thus seeks to avoid damages and sustain a good reputation. The continuous risk assessment process seeks to select and implement information security solutions that are recognized in the world and comply with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. Risk assessment is carried out continuously: planning and modifying activities, providing services and access, introducing new security measures, etc.

Since 2000 Asseco Lithuania’s (former Sintagma) quality management system has been meeting ISO 9001 standard requirements.
