Merger of UAB "SAIKAS" with UAB "Asseco Lietuva"

On the 1st of February 2021 software development company "Asseco Lietuva“ being the sole shareholder of "SAIKAS" company and willing to expand its activity in the insurance market finished reorganisation by merging UAB „SAIKAS“ with UAB „Asseco Lietuva“. From this date UAB "SAIKAS" ceases its operation as a legal entity and becomes the SAIKAS Solutions Unit. All of the rights and obligations of UAB "SAIKAS" including the rights and obligations arising from the agreements are transferred to UAB "Asseco Lietuva".
